1. Return Window & Conditions

Full-priced items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following “Fresh & Flawless” requirements:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents (perfume, deodorant, body odor, or detergent)
  • Cleanliness: Items must be free of makeup, fake tan marks, or any stains
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging

👠 Footwear: Must include the original shoebox in its original condition (please do not attach shipping labels directly to the box)

👜 Accessories: Must include original packaging (such as dust bags, if applicable)


2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • 🏷️ Sale Items: Any products marked as “FINAL SALE” or discounted items
  • 🧴 Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, and beauty products

3. Refunds & Processing

  • Processing Time: Returns may take up to 14 business days to process once received
  • 💳 Refund Time: Once approved, refunds will appear within 1–5 business days
  • 🚫 Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
